Welcome to Party In Motion! By booking and using our 360 Photo Booth services, you ("Client") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Party In Motion, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from booking or using our services.


Party In Motion offers a 360-degree photo booth experience for events. This includes the setup, operation, and takedown of a rotating camera platform that captures photos and/or videos from all angles during your event. We also offer a variety of customization options including personalized backdrops, lighting, and effects. The photos and videos captured are provided to the Client or guests via digital formats or other agreed-upon methods.

Booking and Payment
To reserve Party In Motion’s services for an event, the Client must provide the following:

  • A signed contract.

  • A deposit of 50% of service, due upon booking.

The remaining balance is due in full the day of the event. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

All payments must be made via credit/debt card or cash.

Right to Refuse Service
Party In Motion reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.

  • Failure to adhere to venue policies or our staff’s instructions.

  • Risk of harm to equipment or individuals.

  • Violation of any terms in this agreement.

In the event of refusal of service, no refunds will be issued.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for our equipment and personnel. This includes:

  • Providing adequate space for setup, including a minimum of [insert size] for the 360 photo booth.

  • Ensuring that the setup area is free from hazards, including excessive foot traffic, obstructions, and unstable surfaces.

The Client agrees to ensure the safety and well-being of Party In Motion staff and equipment during the event.

Use of Photos and Videos
The Client grants Party In Motion permission to use photos, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out of having your images or videos used for marketing, you must notify Party In Motion in writing prior to the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Party In Motion. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made two week (14 days) or more before the event date will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a cancellation fee of 25%.

  • Cancellations made less than two week (14 days) before the event will not receive a refund.

In the case of a no-show or cancellation by the Client on the day of the event, no refund will be issued.


The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Party In Motion, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or in connection with the event, including but not limited to:

  • Any injury, property damage, or loss caused by the Client or their guests.

  • Any claims related to the Client’s failure to comply with these Terms.

Party In Motion is not responsible for:

  • Any injuries or damages sustained by guests or others during the event.

  • Any technical failure or malfunction of the photo booth equipment, unless caused by negligence on our part.

In no event will Party In Motion be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages.


Party In Motion shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental regulations, war, or technical failure.


These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.


Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or in connection with our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas. By using our services, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit.


We respect your privacy. All personal data collected through the booking process or event will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and improving our services. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.


Party In Motion reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and they will apply to any future bookings made after such changes are posted.


These Terms of Service represent the complete agreement between the Client and Party In Motion. Any prior or additional agreements, whether written or verbal, are superseded by these Terms.
